Openness factor
From 1% to 22% — controls how much light passes and how much view you retain. Critical for Dubai glare.
Weight (gsm)
From 55 gsm voiles to 620 gsm theatrical velvets — heavier weights drape and absorb sound.
Fire rating
Required for hospitality, commercial and civic projects. UAE Civil Defence approval available on request.
UV & colour fastness
Dubai sun fades pigments. Look for AS/NZS 1580 grade 4 or higher for west-facing glazing.

Can you bring samples to my home?+
Yes — a stylist will bring up to four curated sample books to your home or office, free of charge, anywhere in the UAE.
Do you source COM (Customer's Own Material)?+
Yes. We can fabricate against any approved face fabric provided we have the bolt for hand-feel and the data sheet for fire compliance.
Will the colour I see in the showroom match my room?+
We always recommend a hand sample taken to your space — Dubai daylight is different from showroom downlights.
How long does specialty fabric take?+
Stock ranges ship same-day from Dubai. Italian / Belgian mill orders are 3 to 6 weeks airfreight.
