Do you charge for the home visit?+
No. Surveys, sample bring-outs and quotations are free anywhere in the UAE — we recoup the time on installation.
How long do curtains take to deliver?+
Standard ranges are 2 to 4 weeks from approved quotation. Couture and large programmes are 6 to 12 weeks.
Can I motorise existing curtains?+
If your current track is in good condition we can usually retrofit a Somfy or Dooya motor in under 90 minutes per window.
What payment options are available?+
Card, bank transfer, cheque and split-pay (Tabby / Tamara) for residential. Standard 50/50 milestone schedule.
